Andrew took a professional and constructive approach throughout the whole process. He took on board our ideas and came up with a design that could be done in two stages to meet our needs. From initial design ideas to structural engineers, to build issues through to completion Andrew was on hand to support us and our builders. He took the project through the planning process for us, which was of enormous help in what otherwise could have been a far more stressful experience because we had never attempted a project like this before.
