This detached house in Exeter had a previously converted double garage that was separate from the house and was therefore under used.

This beautiful period property suffered from having an extremely small kitchen and no utility room. There were also issues with the landscaping around the house.
Bringing natural light into the stairwell, hallway and kitchen of this house has transformed the heart of the home and made the spaces light and airy.
