About this project
This lovely cottage in the middle of Topsham suffered from having only a small kitchen and dining area and a rundown conservatory.The clients wanted to have a larger kitchen, dining room and garden room, but they were very keen to retain a glass roof, so they could watch the waterfowl from the estuary fly over their house every morning and evening.
This desire gave rise to the feature of a completely glazed hip end to the roof of the extension. RBL Homes, the contractors, have produced some real quality workmanship on this project.
